SUMMARY: As a youth development staff member, you will be implementing high quality YMCA youth program(s). This opportunity is ideal for those with a passion for investing in kids and who are interested in building leadership skills and experience working with youth.

Create engaging activities that focus on achievement, belonging, and relationships. Maintain program site and materials providing organization and sanitation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to obtain certifications within 90 days of hire.
Ability to plan, organize and implement program activities.
